Have you ever given a gift to someone and
you KNEW they didn't like it?
What's worse, have you ever given someone a gift and they openly said they didn't want it?
That, sadly, happened to me this holiday season. I gave a family member a practically heirloom radio, it has been in the family for years. She openly said she didn't want it and tried to give it back to me at the time. This saddened and shocked me... I didn't know what to say. She added insult to injury by secretly putting the radio into our vehicle so that it would come back home with us... I've been crying about this for days. I am hoping to find someone in my family that can appreciate the value of this radio and pass it on to their children. In the meantime, I am trying to recover from the emotional hurt of this incident.
