Make rag crafts! :)
I didn't come up with these ideas by myself, I saw them on others blogs... but I'm not going to link to them, because then you will see how bad mine look in comparison! ;) I made the candle holders with the sleeves of a sweater and some ribbon I already had. Cost=Free! :)
I made the wreath with a wire hanger that I shaped into a heart, then tied on rags that I had cut into strips. Tied a ribbon on the top, and I had a FREE wreath! :) Try it yourself for some free Valentine's day decor!
