A couple of weeks ago, I got to go shopping (all by myself!) with some friends... we went to a goodwill that has what they call a "bin store", big bins of all kinds of clothes mixed together for $0.89 each... I found a bunch of things, including this cute coat for Nathan. I think he looks cute in it, so I took his picture! :)
We are trying to teach the children how to clean...

Other random thoughts:
-Rebekah, Philip, and Abby can all play chess pretty well! I never would have thought to teach them the game, but I was amazed to discover today (when I played Abby in a game) that Abby knows all the names of the pieces and how they are supposed to move... Thanks to daddy! :)
-Along that same line, Philip is addicted to chess and I find him downstairs playing when he is supposed to be doing his schoolwork... :)
-Rebekah has seven cavities... yes, seven. I am still disgusted about that, and her appointment was on Monday. Yes, I have been bad about making them brush... but SEVEN? :P So, I am now a toothbrush wielding crazy mommy. Toothbrush in one hand, flosser in the other! (And a side note, I'd be interested if anyone has any thoughts on buying dental insurance... good idea? bad idea? Any recommendations on companies?)
-Nathan took some steps on his own the other day... he's taking awhile, but I think he'll be really walking one of these days! :)
-Lukie told me today that he is going to be a
firefighter when he grows up. :)
-Nathan is going to be a big brother this fall...
-We are all ready for SPRING! It can't come soon enough for me! :)

Well. I would say personally on dental insurance, I would go with your gut. You know what i mean man. Like some dental places are good, and others are like not good. You know what I mean? Alright. I am pretty excited you updated your blog! I am quite pleased that Nathan is going be a big brother. He will be great at that! :) Miss you guys! Well, we had dental insurance for about a month! :) We did not get to use it or anything, but it was fun while it lasted. Anyway, I have always heard it is not worth the $$$. But then again...what do I know! :) :)
Wow didn't take long huh? BIG GRIN We are trying to keep up with each other LOL Love how you sneaked it in your post. Jachin has been very slow to walk, he will probably be our latest, probably because he has siblings that love to carry him wherever he wishes to go. Love the pictures of Nathan, he is adorable! As for cavities....well, Emmaus has one and we still hve not gotten to the dentist for it, but we brush on schedule, so it has not gotten any worse : )

What?! Pregnant?! Raylin, you always call me to tell me, C'mon! I guess I'll have to pick up the phone and call you for once huh? It's too weird typing a congratulations to my precious friend! I miss you soooooooo much and I love you dearly! My goal for 2011 is to update my blog, I have pics downloaded but no posts written yet. 2 birthdays and pics of little Kara in the hospital, yup she was in for 6 days. I'll call you sweetheart!
