A "Must Make" Recipe

I saw a recipe for peanut butter granola the other day on Lynn's Kitchen Adventures and I have been wanting to try it ever since... I have never made granola before, and let me tell ya, this was sooo simple!! I love recipes that taste good and yet are easy and cheap. I doubled the recipe and got a little over five quarts of granola, I figured it came up to roughly $4.50 to make... Not too shabby for that much granola... and it tastes yummy! Next time I make it I think I am going to reduce the sugar just a tad, and maybe add some raisins or nuts. It is an awesome "base" recipe for making some different versions of granola. Also, I am anxious to try it layered with vanilla yogurt and sliced bananas as a "yogurt parfait"... I love yogurt, and granola.
Yogurt parfaits are a match made in heaven. :)

I also wanted to mention that the recipe is by Money Saving Mom originally, if you have never been to her site you need to check it out... she is an awesome resource for penny-pinching!
