Now that watermelon's are relatively inexpensive at the farmer's market, we HAVE to get one every week... or the kids are terribly disappointed. :) I have to admit, it's one of my favorite things about summer too!
Nathan loves it, too... although he sometimes gets confused and tries to eat the rind.
