Delicious, Nutritious, and CHEAP!

Now that the weather is (occasionally) warmer, try this easy, easy recipe for Banana Shakes:

-When your bananas get too ripe, cut them in half (or slice them up) and freeze them until solid

-The next time you get hungry for a milkshake, throw the bananas in your blender

-Add 1-2 cups of milk (depending on how thick you want them)

-Add 1-2 t. vanilla

-Blend until smooth. Delish!
